A representative of ADCENG’s
appliance division demonstrates a point during a training session in
Johannesburg on the new electronic water heater range from Fagor.
ADCENG is conducting training workshops countrywide. Further workshops
are planned to take place on a quarterly basis.
The
Appliance Brand Manager says the main focus is on installation procedures and
safety. Besides water heaters, training is also given on Tecnogas
stoves, as well as Fagor and Adware hobs.
“Our training makes our dealers much more comfortable with our
appliance range, and equips them with product knowledge which they can
pass on to their customers. We see training as a crucial element of
our marketing strategy and will be running refresher workshops on
existing and new equipment on an ongoing basis.” |
