Installation |

Conversions are carried out at ADCENG’s
Johannesburg headquarters by fully trained technicians who are
registered by the SAQCC (LPGI) in compliance with legislation of
the Department of Labour. |

Engines fitted with fuel injector systems
or carburetors are suitable for conversion. Installations are
guaranteed, and ADCENG provides comprehensive maintenance
back-up |

Maintenance |
|
Vehicles converted to gas require the same type of maintenance
as those running on petrol. Although no special maintenance is
required, it is important to follow a routine maintenance schedule
for the system.

ADCENG recommends the following maintenance schedule: |
- Vehicles’ electrical systems should be checked every 15
000km.
- Connections should be cleaned of any oxidization and worn
spark plugs should be replaced.
- On LPG systems, the regulator should be checked every 30
000km for oil or other deposits, as these could be caused by the
variable composition of LPG.
