Confort - Gas Measurements |
| 1. Checking of inlet gas pressure. Power supply pressure. |
| Measurement: |
| |
-
Place water flow in the inlet of the
gas pressure (1).
-
Open hot water tap.
- Measure the pressure. The measurement must coincide with the
following chart:
Pressures considered as valid at the
entrance of the heater. |
Natural |
LPG |
1,7-2,2 |
2,8-3,0 kPa |
For all models |
| 2. Checking Pressure in burner. |
| Measurement: |
| |
- Place water flow in the intake of gas pressure of the burner
(2).
- Open hot water tap with the Temperature and Power Selector in Max
position.
- Measure the pressure. At maximum power the measurement must
coincide with the following chart:
Pressure in the burner of the heater. |
Natural |
LPG |
1,27 |
2,7 kPa |
For all models |
The pressure in the burner can be regulated by adjusting the screw
of gas regulator (3). |
| 3. Checking slow ignition. |
| Checking: |
| |
Place a manometer in the gas pressure intake of the burner (4). |
At normal performance, the burner will switch on at a switch
pressure and it will move to maximum pressure.
This checking can be carried out to verify if the servo-valve
performs the slow ignition. |
